Hmmmm, Mufflex...
I'm looking at upgrading my flowmaster and was curious about these mufflers. I hear the terms "Mufflex" and "Spintech" alot in the same sentence so i'm curious of the relationship. Good reviews? Bad reviews? WTF is spintech and should i get it? Does Mufflex just make pipes (cause that's all i seem to find)?
Also, the main question is where can i find these mufflers online? I have searched on google and yahoo but little to no luck. Thanks.

Mufflex make exhaust systems using either the Spintech or Flowmaster mufflers. Their popular systems use 3.5" or 4.0" tubing. A friend of mine had a 3.5" system on his '88 Camaro. Fitment was good, but it was loud. The sound was really nice, though. BTW, his system had the Spintech muffler.

I have also read that Spintech's do not flow too well and will rob high HP cars of power. They do sound awesome though. 2 of my friends had their system, one 4" and the other 3.5". Both sounded amazing.
They're pretty big mufflers, so I am not sure how well they would work with a true dual setup.

Hmm I like the way the vette sounds on the spintech page. You could always have spintech custom make a muffler with less coils. It would be a little louder but have less back pressure. The also make smaller case mufflers that might work on a loudmouth setup.
