Default bump stop mod disaster

I am in the process of installing my heads on my car and decided now would be a good time to go ahead and port polish and grind the bump stop down on my throttle body, well i f**kd up and apparently grinded down to far, i checked with an ohm meter and its only at 4.53 ohms but when u look at the blade it looks like its way past 90 degrees

I ground mine till 4.7 volts on the meter, but the throttle cable won't pull it that far open, pedal hits the little stop thing inside the car.
