Go to ebay and type in LS1 Headers. Theres some sets on there from Red Line Performance (Pacesetter) longtubes for $250 and coating is just $120 extra. Same "design" as the grott,QTP,Thunder,PPC headers, but with very little changes. One hell of a deal!!!!

What changes have been made? That sounds like a great deal. And their y-pipe is well priced.

Heres the pic of the pacesetter

and heres the grotts/Thunder/PPC/QTP header

Its just a couple pipes are slightly different (different bends) but pretty much the same header.

So what are the differences between the "grot" style headers and other LTs like Hookers?

Pace setters look completely different from the THunder racing headers. I heard Pace Setters were not Grott's. They are a cheap variation of Hooker.
