Is this a 3" QTP valve???

I just bought a 3" Qtec/QTP cutout from a member but it seems more like it might be a 2.5" to me. If you Qtec cutout owners could take a look and let me know for sure I would appreciate it.

If anybody gives a rats *** this IS the size of a 3" QTP cutout

, found out directly from QTP. The good new's is I didn't get ripped off, yay.

If the plate was actually 3" then it wouldn't be able to rotate now would it...

Sure it would considering the offset of the plate thickness. I didn't expect a full 3" but 2.5" seeems really tiny. But thanks for the input AFTER I got what I needed.
