Default wiring fans up to toggle switch

well some of you might know my story, i did a long tube header swap and for some reason my fans dont come on now...

so i bought a led toggle switch. its got a ground, positve lead, and battery.

well i tested it directly on the battery and everything worked...

the positves on the fans spliced together, the grounds together ground to the chassis,

the positve to the toggle, a wire to the battery, and the toggle grounded.

ok everything works fine with directly connectd to the battery except the led will always be on... so i ran lines inside and tapd my cig lighter... nothing happends!

im not sure whats the deal, so if anyone has any insight of what im doing wrong please chime in
