My car surges up and down. I have a 1999 z28 that the motor has been reworked with cam,pistons,heads,Ls6 manifold,and it has headers with no cats. My problem is the car keeps surging up and down. It seems like it wants to die out and sometimes it does. Also the car smokes when I first start it up. After it warms up the smoke goes away. The motor has around 1000 miles on it. Thanks
