Default SLP Air Box Fix

I have a 2001 SS and had all the air tubes hooked up (stock setup with an air lid) Well now I have installed long tube headers and at the same time removed the plumbing for the air pump and all..ORY installed......So I need to patch the air line from the air lid. I ve been by Home Depot, Pep Boys, and Advance and no luck on what I need. What have you guys done in this instance? I was thinking a rubber tire patch kit but just the thought of that getting sucked down my intake made me cringe. I was wanting to so some type of ABS plastic weld on the hold. but the easist fix would be a concical rubber insert into the grommet, but I dont think they exist........help!

Honestly I would just fill the hole with fiberglass, sand and paint.
