Is it worth it getting a corsa catback?
Ive been thinking of getting this catback, I love the fact that its stainless steel, has lifetime guarantee and has the best tips ever..........And the sound is amazing.
But at $700 plus Is it worth getting ?.......i was considering going a cheaper alternative and getting a borla mouth

I've had the Corsa on my car since '01...and like how quiet it is cruising on the highway too. Paid a lot less than that for mine when they only offered the premium tips...still looks/performs like new. My second choice would be GMMG.

It's all in what pleases your ear..
I remember when I was picking exhausts.. It came down to Corsa and GMMG..
Corsa has that.. I dunno, sophisticated, Lambo type sound to it.. Very clean, very distinguished..
GMMG has that.. 70's muscle car sound.. Very distinct..
I went with GMMG..

If you want to stay in the realm y-pipe setups, then Corsa gets my vote because:
1.) It looks the best
2.) It is by far the most unique sound out of any catback
GMMG is nice, but it doesn't sound too unique IMO. It sounds like a classic V8. Same thing with Magnaflow, Hooker, Flowmaster...if you're inside your bedroom and you hear an f-body go down the road with one of those catbacks, you're probably not going to know what exhaust it is just by hearing it. When you hear an f-body with a Corsa catback, you know it's a Corsa from the second they get on it. Nothing else sounds remotely close to Corsa.
I'm all about uniqueness and originality. I say get the Corsa to stand out from the crowd and do have the best looking tips in the industry. If you go any other route, you're just going to sound like every other V8 out there, trucks included.

i got 2 50$ dyno max bullets(16.5") and went to the local muffler shop and had them bend me up some 3" true duals (no H pipe) .with the bullets right before the rear axle .. with some slight turbdowns under the axle..
bullet mufflers... 100$... custom 3" tubing 100$ = 200$ for trueduals... it sounds pretttty good too!!!!! , VERY loud though
but hey . i thought why spend 1000 on a exhuast system when i can spend 200 ... i even had enough left over to get some draglites and mickey tompsons!!

Not crazy about the Corsa sound, and I've also spoke to a guy that I sold my old exhaust to, he used to have a Corsa, and said his baffles inside the muffler blew apart on him. Apparently he's not the only one that's happened to either, and that's unacceptable for such a pricey catback. If I was to go back to a catback, Magnaflow would be under my car.
