For your setup the ls6 should flow plenty for you but if you want to spend the extra money you could go with the FAST.

Fast 90 > Fast 78 > LS6 > LS2 > LS1 > truck manifold

Best bang for the buck is the LS6 for about $325 used around here.

They make ls6 intakes that you can hook up your egr crap up to now I believe. But ls6 is def the best bang for the buck.

With the FAST intake, you CANNOT keep EGR. With the ls6 manifold you can ONLY if you have the one sold by SLP with the EGR mod done. They are $550 new, but I just got one on here for $350 shipped. got lucky

Really? This is an excerpt from the fast instructions:

4)For EGR use (1998-2002 Camaro/Firebird) you must open the hole in your new manifold. Use a large diameter drill and Dremel type tool to modify polymer (30mm hole). Be careful not to damage the upper diameter where the o-ring seals (fig.12).

And this is the link in case you want to read the whole thing yourself:

You have to modify the Fast Intake to use your EGR.

You should base your Intake selection on your heads and cam selection. If your going with a "baby cam" a LS-6 Intake will serve you well and flow plenty. But if your going to drop 2.5K on a set of awesome heads along with the cam then a FAST 90 makes sense because your intake will be your bottleneck. Albeit a small one. I was going to use a ported LS-6 intake until the shop dropped it and cracked it. Then I got my FAST90 and went with a larger cam than originally planned. Though I do kinda regret the larger cam, can't just roll into it and go I have to downshift.
