Question about EGR AIR removal

Default Question about EGR AIR removal

I installed long tube headers and removed egr and air but i can not remove the piece that goes into the intake manifold or should i just screw something onto it?
It is the little brass piece right behind the throttle body. Here is a pic of what it looks like.

for mine i just unbolted and pulled and it came right out and replaced with a freeze plug from your local parts shop

That's what I did too. You should be able to find the part number in the sticky above if search isn't working.

I bought the freeze plug but i cant get that brass piece out i tried pulling on it and twisting it off. What did you guys use to get it out?
