air bag light is on after removing it...resistor?

what size resistor do i need to turn the airbag light off on my dash. thanks.

It's been two years ago since I did mine, and if I remember correctly I used a two ohm resistor for each bag.

Anyone know what watt 2ohm resistor to use? I tried 1/4 watt and it didn't work.

Turns out I needed 1.5 ohm for my 2002 Camaro.

The wattage doesn't matter because the current is so small.

make that 1.6 ohm, 2 x 3.3 ohm in parallel
