I will be getting my true duels in a couple day's and I was wondering if I should get a cutout welded in or do you guy's think that it would be to free flowing that I would lose power????

There is no such thing as a "too free flowing" exhaust system.

Pulling anything after the collectors is gravy (cats, mufflers, pipes, etc...). Add the cutouts at some point rearward of the crossover.

PacerX is right, no such thing as too free flowing.

If I were to do it, I'd put the cutouts as close after the headers as possible. Basically when open, you'd be running open headers.

You want to keep the cut outs at least 18" down stream of the O2's so they dont get air from outside into them.
