cut out loss of power

Default cut out loss of power

after cutout install i lost some power on the bottom end, but the
upper rpm band seems much stronger. can you tell me a little
about this, its a 2002z with lid only and high flow muff.........

Loss of back pressure will cause you to lose some torque.

no loss at the track...gained me 20hp over stock exhaust...ran 110 mph then forgot i had the cutout closed and ran 112 with it open...gotta love the bang for the buck...
