Default LS1-LS6 Intake change over

Couple of things:

Any parts required for install? (Gaskets on order) I got the SLP LS6 with EGR for my 99 SS.

Any step by steps on the install things to watch out for things that are needed prior to install?

Any downloadable factory repair manuals for a 99 SS? Links please.

Psyched about this one was told it is a very noticeable Hp gain

I have a question. How do i tell if i have a ls1/ls6 intake? I can't go by the year of my car due to my engine being replaced on warranty. Is there a way i can tell by looking at the runners or do i have to go back to the dealership and see if they know what year they got it off of?

If you still have the intake on, you can check the part number (search for them). If it off of the engine, check the bottom, if it is a flat bottom, then it is a LS6 intake. LS6 intake also doesn't have a open EGR port.

You can search for LS6 in the search for both pictures and part numbers (should be 2 or 3 different numbers).
