Default help me pick spark plugs

i know theres a spark plug refrence chart in the nitrous section but want some plugs for all motor.
right now
car has fast 9090
long tubes
gmmg
cold air intake
cam
msd coils
msd wires


i'm looking to get better gas mileage then the 12mpg ive been gettin
what spark plugs should i use???
and what gap.

Since you are NA go with the TR55s gapped at about .055.

i think you are in dire need of a street tune if you're only getting 12 mpg. a set of tr55 plugs or any equivalent plug like an autolite should work great for you n/a anyways.
