Default hooker header install

i did my header install on thurs night. it was a huge pain but its all in and good. i had a set of hooker headers and a pacesetter y. both sides went in with the car maybe 2ft off the ground. i didnt have to loosen the steering linkage or anything. just slid in nice. passenger side was a pain like everyone said. took like 3x as long as the drivers. the pacesetter y fits alright. had to muscle it a bit but it works nice. the whole system tucks nice and sounds mean. the throttle response is nuts and the extra power is noticeable.

just felt like i should say how my install went. (no leaks, no broken plugs, just a long time, and every knuckle was bloody)

huh. if bith sides were like my driver it would have taken 4 hrs. but i recomend them to anyone getting a set of headers. speed inc has a good price and they fit great. just my tools were lacking so it took time.

They fit well, but the drivers side was harder to get in than the passanger side by far for me.

They are a pain depending on the brand in some cases. I could nearly install from the top with my FLP's.

My drivers side was a bitch to get in, as opposed to the passengers side. WE had to cut off the casting tab off the k-member for them to fit up.
