Default help me diagnose a heave load "popping"

hey guys

i no longer have the mods in sig <i need to change> car is basically back to stock with only full exhaust and a lid.
I was having some 02 troubles recently and had an exhaust leak, etc.
i replaced one 02 sensor and fixed the leak and finally don't have any Check engine lights thankfully.
However if i am under a heavy load, whether it be at 50mph in 5 gear and accelerating heavily, or in 1st gear high rpm full throttle, i get what feels like a missfire and popping through my exhaust. also seems to have a loss in power. i have seen that i may be having problems with plugs, or wires. i just changed the plugs to TR55GPs and to be honest i am not happy with them i wanted Tr55s but got these on accident.

at any rate any help would be appreciated. it is nice to have my car running well again after spun rod bearings, neglecting it.

Thanks
Louie

Have you been able to log the car to see what's going on with it?
