How do I remove my ASP Pulley?

Default How do I remove my ASP Pulley?

I've got to pull my timing cover to replace a gasket. How do I remove my ASP U/D pulley? The stocker had tabs you could pull on but the asp doesn't have anything.

My ASP pulley has three holes on it in whigh you thread bolts into and use a puller like this:

yea get it at an auto store for like 50-60$ loaner tool
