Raspy exhuast Gone! - higher CR did it... I installed LT headers, cats, Y-pipe, and a new cat-back - last December.
The exhaust was very raspy but manageable...
Last week I installed new ported heads milled .055 with a CR of approximately 11.4 to 1. Also a mild cam (220/220, 564/564, 112 LSA)
Surprisingly, the raspy sound of my exhaust is GONE!
