Default Lt's that'll work with kooks y-pipe?

Does anyone know what brand (if any) LT's other than Kooks will work with a Kooks catted y-pipe? I already have the y-pipe and wanted to see what my options are.

Does the Y-pipe have bolt on flanges or are they slip on?
