Default Another "Painting the Fuel Rail Covers" Question

Posted question over at the Hybrids section, but then realized it's more appropriate hear.

Did a search and read many of the threads.

I want to paint my fuel rail covers body color, and I think I'm ok with the prepping and painting part. However, I want to fill in the "Corvette" embossed lettering. What would be the best product/method for this? Since the covers are relatively flexible (ABS, right?), I suspect a Bondo type filler may not work out well. I'm also concerned that over time, the filler may shrink, separate, and reveal the filled area.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Bad Blue WS6,

Yeah, that second link is what I was looking for.

There were a couple of guys that used a rigid materials (Resin gel and Kitty hair). I wonder how well those worked out for them?
Thanks,
Andy1
