Default Which lid? Fast toy 85mm vs TSP 85mm

I have the TSP 85mm lid and was wondering if the new Fast toys high flow lid is better? It says it out flows other aftermarket lids

i have it and was one of the first ones to get it it. i have had just about everylid out there. it is by far the best fitting and best flowing. you notice a big difference on throttle response. i picked up a 10th and 1 mph over my slp lid. and that was back to back runs switching a t the track hot laping in 80 degree weather with 60% hummity. so it defently works.

I had a TSP 85mm lid once upon a time, until it cracked at the front clips and was starting to crack around the neck area. The quality of the material was pretty bad in my opinion, and the Fast Toys lid looks to be constructed much the same. It is for that reason alone that I went with the SLP lid...it is at least made of a more durable plastic that won't crack under normal use (and poly motor mounts to boot). I know it is a little off topic, but what really sets a lid apart from the others in my head is how well it is put together...they all perform about the same.

Fast Toys did NOT have a TSP 85mm to test against, so it is up in the air if it flows better or not. I imagine they are really right there with each other flow wise. It does flow better than any other standard sized lid out there...which makes sense. If you are running a 90/90, I think it is the only lid on the market worth buying since the outlet is slightly larger than 90mm.

As far as quality, I am extremely happy with mine. It fits great and I don't see any reason it or any other lid will crack. In reality, only time will tell.

We have never have access to a TSP air lid so can't say how they would compare other than based on the pictures, our air lid would have signifcantly higher internal volume.

Why didnt they raised the whole lid for more volume instead of just the center? Or would that have better flow with the center raised?
