At what point do you need these rails on a 346?

you dont need them the stockers are just fine and can handle quite a bit. They are mainly for looks and thats it. I make 600 rwhp spray off the rail with a 100 shot and still doing fine.

+1, Im pushing mid 500's on a 100 and Im a mid 400 on motor with stock rails and have no issues with going lean. The fuel pump is the key replacement item when you start making more power. IMO, over 600 start looking into them otherwise dont worry about it unless you want to dress up the motor.
