Should I upgrade injectors for retune?
Hey guys I have a LS1 that was out of my Z28 and put it in a RX7 and I was wondering if I should upgrade my injectors? Here are my mods
Long Tube Headers 1 3/4 to 3" exhaust free flowing
Ported Stock Throttle body, Thinking about porting my maf
Ram Air intake
TSP Torquer v2 Cam 232/234 .595/.598 with 112lsa
Twin Sprocket Timing Chain
LS6 Ported oil pump
4.10 gearing & Aluminum Drive shaft (not sure if it makes a difference)
I am sending my pcm to pcmforless to get tuned and was wondering if I should get larger injectors before I send it off to get tuned. I was thinking somthing around 32lb or the ford SVO 30lb=36lb for chevy? Also what kind of power should I be expecting with this setup.
TIA
Tony

It cant hurt to upgrade the injectors as you will be reaching the limits of the stock ones. I would think you should be around 400rwhp. You might want to upgrade to an LS6 intake if your motor isn't out of an 01-02 Z28.
