Default Help! TB keeps getting stuck open

I've got a bluemaxx 90mm tb that I ordered from vengence racing along with my ported 90mm FAST intake. Every time I give it gas after I installed it, it gets stuck open and will not go down unless I manually close it. When the motor isn't running, it's fine. I did the TPS relearn and fixed a small leak from the plastic fitting that's on there. I even took my intake off to check the gaskets and have checked everything possible. It's driving me crazy! Please help! Thanks!

is it the throttle blade? if so unscrew it, use a marker and run it around the outside, reinstall it, open and close it a few times, see where it rubs, then pull it back off, sand down the edges with some sandpaper, and repeat until no more marks rub off the outside of the throttle blade.

I am said buddy and it's the Throttle Body. I contacted Ron last week and told him my problem. First thing he said was to adjust the idle screw, and maybe the blade was binding up against the body. After dicking with it for two weeks, he said he would send me a new TB and for me to send my old one back once I got the new one. It's been a week and no TB yet. Ron and his crew seem like pretty stand up guys, so I'm going to give it a little longer.

I've messed with the idle screw all day, hasn't done ****. Btw, forgot to add that with adjusting the idle screw where it should be, the damn truck won't even start & sticks like hell with it off. When I barely adjust it to where it will start, the lowest it's idled has been 875-900 rpms.

What would cause it to do it only when it's running?

it warms up a little bit, metal expands when it warms up.. probably just enough for the edge of the blade to hang.

I was gonna get the nick williams, but byunspeed had the UMI 90mm for $419 shipped! I went ahead and ordered it. Never seen anything bad about these so far.
