If you're already running an LS6 intake I wouldn't worry about it for now. For the price of a 90/90 setup you can have something else that will help you more. Unless of course you already have every other mod, then by all means get it.

Not this debate again....
It's all about flow potential. If your exhaust, heads and cam setup is moving enough air to outflow an ls6, then a FAST, speficially one ported, is a great benefit and worth every penny. On an LS1 stroker, no doubt you are pulling more air than the ls6 intake can supply.

I agree....I'm absolutely dumbfounded by how many people ask about what has to be one of most sought after topics on this board (that has been answered in huge detail ten times over and beat to death). There's hardly a day when a topic surrounding the FAST intake isnt on the first page of one of the forums.
Where's the "search button director" when you need him?.....LOL
LSTVR....I'm not trying to be a &%$#, but seriously if you used the new fully operational search feature you would need three weeks to read all the threads that have already been dedicated to this topic.
IMO, its not fair for everyone else "in the know" to have to constantly repeat themselves. It gets old after awhile.
Hell...do a search under my screen name posts....I could fill a small phone book on what I have typed personally concerning the benefits of the FAST.
In short, get one....its 10-15 more ponies....and have it ported for about 10 more (20-25 gain total)

I think you are off by just a little bit Tony. What you stated, 10-15 + another 10 more ported is typical for a 346 ci motor.... I would have to speculate that a larger cube motor, like a stroker motor, would be pulling more vacuum through the heads and ultimately through the intake manifold, throttle body, maf and air lid. Again, it's all about finding the flow restriction of air coming in verses exhaust going out. I won't even begin to pretend that I have as much knowledge or experience as Tony or a lot of others on this board, but it's a simple concept that's been demonstrated and proven time and time again.

I can't say anything bad about the FAST intake. It was worth every penny I paid for mine and would do it again in a heartbeat. If you know any US military over there, get them to ship stuff to their APO box on base. It will save you a ton on shipping. I wish I was still over there, I would hook you up!
Good luck with the project and may God Bless!

Edit...adding another teaser pic. Look at his page to see the work he has put into this car!

Its a good job theres nothing...interesting in that link . The Pas reserviour is from a Sierra Cosworth. But it was drilled through the Centre, and we welded a boss into it to mount it. How come i can never re-find my threads? Where do they go? I had to search for this one.

at the top right of the thread there is "thread tools," if you click on that it will bring down a few options. just click on the "subscribe to thread" and when you hit "user cp" at the top left of the page, it'll give you a link to your threads you have saved.

A customers car was making 455rwhp with a LS2, TF 225 heads, mild cam, LT's, and ported LS2 intake. We put a ported FAST on and he gained 23rwhp over the ported LS2. So yes, GET IT!
