It can be ported but they are kinda hit and miss on making more snice the stock LS6 runners are pretty good already. You will not see much and may even lose some power if you are not running a larger cam and/or heads. With your mods I wouldnt bother.

Porting a plastic intake is not really feasable because there is very little material you are able to remove without cutting through. FAST intakes are made with extra material so they can be match ported if necessary.

The TPIS intake is NOT ported. They simply remove the stock mouth and attach one for a 90mm TB. I don't see anything he needs to retract. If that is what you have, It's not ported.

check my statement, i didn't say which part TPIS ports and he actually didn't ask specifically which part of the intake can be ported anyway. my runners are ported so my manifold is a ported LS6 manifold and i'm gettin my dyno tune in 2 weeks with good chances that i gained power. so this goes to show it can be ported.

seems kinda expensive. 300 on avg for an ls6 manifold plus 350 for porting... jeesh... at that point you might as well get a fast

It may be cheaper, but not by much and the Fast is proven...where as the Poted Ls6 really isnt... I am deff open to people proving me wrong though. If someone posts some graphs with the ported Ls6 showing gains, it would be great for everyone.
