Default Any thoughts

I'm putting an LS6 crate motor in my TA. I was wondering if a LS2 intake, throttle body and MAF would work well on this or if it would be overkill. Would the MAF be compatible with my 2001 computer. I wanted to get an LS2 originally but the reluctor wheel won't work with the earlier ECM's and I didn't want to be the guy to try and crack that. Any thoughts. Thanks in advance.

The LS6 intake will make more power than a stock LS2 intake. LS2 was very poorly designed, you can get some good power out of them if you port them. Also the LS2 TB is drive by wire so it would not work in your car either. I'd stick with the LS6 unless you jump upto a FAST.

+1

The LS2 intake, although larger, flows worse than the LS6.

+1 for sticking with the better flowing LS6.
