Default Aftermarket Oil Pan ????

Who makes an aftermarket oil pan that you don't have to relocate your oil filter? If i am not mistaken i seen one at the LSX Shootout, but have no idea what kind it was. And If i do relocate my filter which pan should i go with for a reasonable price?
