Default Plates for Borla Exhaust

Dose anyone know where i could find the "adjustable plates" for a borla exhaust??? The exhaust came with the car when i bought it, and the person didn't have them.
But now that i have LT headers and an ORY, the car is a bit loud, and today i found out that there are no plates in there.

Any help would be great.

Thanks...

Better yet, run a QTP e-cutout there...they have a part number dedicated for the Borla systems.

You used to be able to get a brand new set directly from Borla for like 50 something bucks. I made my own when I had my Borla.

what material did you guys use to make your own plates, that might be the easiest thing.

Well either that or the e-cut out

Thanks...

mine weren't anything special, just some sheetmetal i had laying around, made a template and cut it out with tin snips and drilled the three holes in it for the bolts. Granted, it wasnt as pretty as the real Borla ones, it worked fine. I only made one, a completely closed plate so all the exhaust would go through the muffler. So I ran that plate in it on the street, and pulled it out for the track.

I just noticed this, that might be just about the best of both worlds, any ideas on sponsors that might sell that?

Thanks...

No. The Borla flange and the QTP have the same bolt pattern. Only thing you will have to do is adjust your tail pipe to make up the 1" thick QTP.
