Default MAF Help

I have a '04 6 liter from a GMC van in a '70 blazer. I had the computer set up to run a Z06 MAF but every one I have seen has a smaller 5-pin connector than mine. Can anyone tell me if I need an adaptor, a specific year Z06 MAF, or a Moltov cocktail to remove the object of my misery.

Before I realized that the MAF that I had was a 3" diameter the homemade CAI was made for a 4" MAF. Now it looks stupid so I want to change it to all 4"

It is already a 5 pin just a larger size plug then typical. I have been told that the '04 vans used a plug that is the same as the MAF plug on the LS2 engines. I have now ordered a new plug so hopefully the truck will be running this weekend.
