Default Question about aftermarket valve covers

I'm sure this has been discussed, but I have been searching and I could not find exactly what I was looking for. As part of my winter project I am trying to clean up the engine bay, coil relocation, painting some parts, ls6 intake swap and new valve covers. I just ordered a set of after market valve covers and while I was taking apart the intake and all that, I noticed the valve covers have the holes for what I assume is the pcv system? I could be wrong. What am I suppose to do with the new valve covers. Obviously the oil fill cap, I can put a breather or whatever on. What about the hole on the back of the drivers side valve cover and the passenger side which leads from the valve cover to the TB?

I did some more searching, someone please verify what I have come up with. I can pretty much just eliminate my pcv system and use a breather? Will I throw codes and what not?

No codes, and no oil in the intake. Win/win situation. Just make sure that all of the old PCV holes are capped that don't have a breather.

Awesome, thanks. I just gotta get some longer wires, going to attempt to make my own relocations brackets.

Thunder Racing sells a kit with wires. Also, if you skim the for sale section you might be able to pick one up for a decent price.
