how are their heads flowing better than any other stage 1 or 2 head out there? i would think these would be a hotter item than afr heads. thats why im in here asking about the heads

I run Livernois LS6 Stage 2 heads. I have not have them flowed but went 11.90@115 with a 224 cam in a 3750 lb GTO. Best cam only was 12.25. Also over 400 rwhp.

Our bench is known to be somewhat conservative compared to others and we would rather underrate our heads slighlty than claim they flow better than they really do.

Please see the following thread titled "how many people on here have actually had their heads flowbenched? ": Click here

Particularly this post by cdubbzz:

My Livernois Stage III 243's flowed =/better than advertised

thanks for the info. i hope you werent offended by my post, but im in the market for heads and if yours flow the numbers you advertise then i cant see why others would buy other heads. yours show the best numbers i have seen on a stage 1 and stage 2 port job at the lowest prices i have seen. so i wanted feedback from others that have your heads.... thanks for the link. ill be reading it in a few minutes

As you can see from above my heads were independantly tested and performed as expected. Before breaking my entire driveline at a track rental I did manage to run 124.3mph on my ONLY pass (granny shifting). Car put down 458/461 to the wheels through 3" steel driveshaft & Moser 12 bolt.
The car is a torque monster with 450lbs @ 3200rpm and climbs from there.

No offense taken. I understand that this is a large purchase and you want to make sure you're getting the best product for your money. We put a lot of time into R&D, flow bench testing, and engine/chassis dyno testing. We take pride in everything we do and wouldn't want to jeopardize our reputation by advertising false numbers. Thank you for your interest and everyone else for the kind words on our products.

I have been eying these up for about a year (school took up too much $$ now I have some spare coin forming...), and while I don't see many people running them, I found a few guys here and on vette forum that have been thrilled with the quality and performance of the work. I will probably go with these (Rick was very responsive and helpful when it came to asking questions and providing flow sheets). cgilles86 I believe is his name has the Stg2 heads/cam package if you wanna PM him and see what he thinks of his parts.

livernois has the best heads for the money.......i know of a 6.0 vette stock short with livernois stage 3 heads not their 3r's that made 650rwhp with only 10 pounds of boost through an automatic and stock mufflers and a small 220's cam thats impressive blower was a d1sc

No not to worry we are not offended, we actually look forward to people comparing our heads to others. I don't think (I am a littlte biased) there is a better head for the money!
