Default LS1/6 vs LS2 Water Pump

Has anyone got any data on the flow rates of the LS1 vs the LS2 water pump. I know I will need a new thermostat housing and that's fine, what I want is a little better cooling/flow. Is it worth the switch?

Not sure fo the flow but i think the pulley is a lot smaller than the stock ls1/6 pump pulley is.

Well, that would make it spin a little faster and improve flow I guess. Not what I was really hoping for.

Just slap a cooler Thermostat. I put a 160 degree in mine then tuned the fans to come on at 180. Keeps it a lot cooler and I am very happy with it.

EEEK! That's REALLY not what I was hoping for. Do you remember why it was a down grade?
