which one should i buy first? should i get the yella terra ultralights roller rockers or the asp racing pulley? which would be the best "bang for the buck" thanks..

are you talking the higher ratio rockers??
the pulley gets less power, but is easier to install, and is cheaper
the 1.8 rockers are more $$, but will get more power and be harder to install. and you'd need new springs
