Default Headers to cause SES light?? And other questions.

I've been doing search after search after search about headers just to find out that headers give an SES light. This true!? I'm thing about running JBA shortys 'cause they are CARB legal.

Other question: Also thinking about running the GM LS6 intake manifold since it looks like it can pass the visual here in Cali. What else is needed to correctly install the GM LS6 intake manifold? TB size? Will it pass the sniffer? Thanks.
