Any successfull Corsa/LT rasp killers W/O ***s...
I just installed Corsa ***back on my SS. I have Pacesetter LTs and ORY and the rasp is killing me. I have read all the threads on corsa rasp and they all are about installing ***s or a bullet. ***s eliminate the rasp..and the bullet helps it. I found one thread where someone installed a powerstick to eliminate it but I can no longer find it. So...can anyone with a powerstick, or anyone with a great method to clean the rasp (besides ***s or inserts) please chime in.

You can try everything you want from hacking up a $900 exhaust system and adding bullet mufflers, making the merge in the y-pipe better and such, but the simple fact is, nothing will help cut rasp better than a good set of cats.
Get something like a Magnaflow 59959 cat. They'll help cut the rasp and they flow better than any other cat on the market that I know of. That's what I did.

I had a custom y-pipe fabbed up. I don't have much rasp, even with the cutout open, but I'm running cats. The y-pipe isn't the best, either (crush bends), and it goes to show you what a set of cats can do. It's only a temp y-pipe because I eventually wanna go TD's.

With the ORY your going to get ALL noise, what Corsa does is tone down the low end, this saves you from cops and allows you to talk in the car.
I had the ORY with my LT1 383 Camaro, then went to a LS1 T/A 346 and with my new headers I put on some high flow dynatech cats and have had nothing but good luck since.
People used to bust my ***** with the ORY, but now say it sound exotic with the LS1 and cats.
Try not to hack the exhaust up if you can.

I had a corsa with longtubes and magnaflow cats on my car but the glue that holds the catalyst block to the metal enclosure of the cats kept blowing away and then the cats would rattle. After two sets of blown cats I took them out and converted to an ORY. However, the rasp was horrendous without cats and the it was very loud as well. It got to the point that I couldn't stand it anymore so I put a borla xr-1 bullet muffler in the i-pipe and that cured the rasp by 95% and it sounded good. Still was kind of loud so just last year I swapped the corsa muffler out for an SLP dual dual with a DMH electric cutout right before the over-the-axle pipe and now the exhaust is quiet and tame for when I want it and it can also be loud and nasty with the cutout open as well - the best of both worlds.
