Question Is it worth upgrading my TB?

I have an LS1 w/ stock internals, and some bolt-ons. I ask this b/c i have a 80mm SLP MAF and noticed slight gain. I was looking at an 80mm TB; it is worth it? Will i see a difference? I know the stock on is 78mm, so i don't know if +2mm is worth the switch.

I think most of the people who will reply will tell you not to waste time upgrading your tb, unless your going 90mm. So unless you are going with that then everyone will prolly tell you to get your stock one ported. Which fwiw is what im going to do very soon

w/ a ported TB, are we talking huge gains or just 2-5HP at the crank??

5 to 7 RWHP stock
7 to 11 on a bolt on car
11 to 18 on a heads/cam car

these are the numbers i have always seen....or slight variations thereof... Cars up to 900RWHP have used PNP'ed stockers in their applications.
