Default Tuning in AZ

I just put a set of Pacesetter LT's, and TD set up on my car, I also removed my EGR, & AIR. I don't want to get O2 sims so I know I need some tuning work done. Is there someone in the Phoenix AZ area that can help me with this, or make a reccomendation? Also what kind of green would be necessary for this kind of tuning? Any advise would be appreciated.
Thanks
