We had quite a few threads going about this. We have had nothing but very favorable feedback on the product

I have it on my car and I actually noticed a difference, it's really simple though, if I had known I would have made it myself.

knock out the baffels, seal the rivets holes with sealer and other holes with tape or whatever, go to the hardware store buy some 1/2'' foam and glue it around the opening, and there you have it you saved $170.

A lot of people like to have a nice professional looking kit that is ready to install and doesn't require any fabrication. The bottom plate really helps dress up the engine bay as well and you would have a hard time making one that looked good unless you had access to a CNC machine.

Anyone ever put the bottom of the JAAM kit with a Volant intake?

I actually like the JAAM air kit however I just ordered the bottom platte. I want the perfessional look of the bottom platte but the top 3 pieces can be made for like twenty bucks instead of the extra 100 they want. Sprayed them black and screwed them in and got foam from a hardware store.
