Question egr?

can I unhook and block off the egr port on the header manifold and intake and just leave the electrical connected and not throw a code? reason I ask is my car is getting tuned in 2 weeks... so it will be fully deleted then...

Yes. Fords have a EGR flow sensor and would pick that up but GMs do not to my knowledge.

I threw a code with mine just blocked off at the tube. So I just ripped the rest out.

You can trash all the EGR ****, most it will do is throw a code, not really an issue long as you arent going through emissions before you get the code off and deleted.
