Default side exit exhaust?

Anyone ever think of trying this? like a nascar style exhaust out one side of the car...
Dr gas has the muffler for this, only 1 7/8 in thick...

just wonder how it would sound on our cars... and if there is a problem with it in anyway besides the clearance...

I don't think there would be that much of a difference in clearance between that and a true dual set-up. But then look at the price your paying for that boom tube, not really worth it in my opinion. If you want to have side pipes just do a true dual set-up with some thin rectangular tips coming out either side. But you must have alot of money, or be insane to pay that much for that piece.
