Default REVExtreme's billet tensioner pulley w/ pics!

This pulley looks very clean and install was stupid-easy. I really think this helps with belt-throwing issues. Tracy is a very friendly guy. Highly recommended!!!!!!

NOTE(the washer and bolt are not from RevExtreme. I painted mine w/high heat silver paint, but they do offer those that are polished.)

Yes it is, T6061 Billet Al, it has 3 windoe holes in it to access the bolts behind it (unlike the OEM one) and is as nice looking as it is functional. I should have pics next week.

6061 Billet & easy direct replacement for the stock (ugly)steel one.

Photobucket crashes when I try to resize the pics so my appologies for the large size.

$69, in stock & ready to ship!! Should have the power steering in 6 & 8 rib by Friday!!!: (And $10 S&H flat rate to the lower 48).

I can't add w/out one either!

Are the tensioners they sell stronger or factory replacements? I was messing around with a corvette the other night and My belt cam half off. I am going to look into one of these. They look nice. Is there a problem with throwing the P/S belt too?

The new replacment tensioners are a little stronger spring rate. Our pulley's are made with higher outer lips to help prevent the belts from throwing.

They are made out of 6061 solid billet alum vs the plastic OEM.

Good to know about the higher spring rate, that's
something I was wanting but no idea how to get.

Any closer to having a batch in black?

Not yet...I need to do 75 at a time for the anodizing, so it's in the works now. I can powder coat one with the catch cans, but it will only be the face & back (the rib surface would wear off fast). Let me know & I will run it with the catch cans.
