Bassani makes a nice ORY that is made for stock manifolds so they should fit shorties.

The SLP y-pipe worked good with my Edelbrock shorties before i got rid of them. Ran that set-up for 3yrs. Never a single issue, it looked brand new when i pulled it off too.

A buddy of mine has one. He's on here with MonkeyboneSS as his screen name. He has stock manifolds, Bassani ory, and a rumbler catback. I'll see if I can find a video.

Next question.. best place to get replacement bolts for the Y pipe? I have a feeling i'm going to break one or two taking the stocker off.

Just soak them in some PB blaster and let them sit for a while. you shouldnt have a problem getting them off.

You'll probably break the cat bolts, but you won't need them anyway. The y-pipe comes with the band clamps that you need. The only bolts you need to reuse are the manifold flange bolts. Just give them a squirt of penetrating oil the night before you take it apart and let it soak in. Mine came right out with an impact wrench.

Oh, and the band clamp bolt on the stock I-pipe. Soak that sucker good with the penetrating oil too.
