I reused my old ones (60k miles). No leaks yet (65k).

I got new GM gaskets when I put headers on my car. No leaks. Percys makes a nice gasket too.

Re-use the stockers. By new ones if you're doing a head swap or your car has a buttload of miles.

you can reuse the stock ones . if they get bad then just replace them .
