Electric Cutout ran with TSP's Tru dual system
I have TSP'S Tru dual system with dynomax bullets. I liked the sound but wanted exhaust tips out the back. So i ran a custom under the dual set-up.
But now i want the option to open it up and be loud again. My questions are:
1.) Where's the best spot for me to run the cut-out's?
2.) Should i expect any loss or gains in horse power, torque, or et in the 1/4?

Cutouts
Heres a old link to my setup, and where i welded them on.
https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...ght=cutout+dmh
i installed some poly mounts and tucked the exhaust even higher than is in the pictures.
i dont have true duals, i have a ORY.
i only picked up 5 rwhp and 8 rwtq with the cutouts open, i didnt test them on the track so i can not answer that.
mods are in sig, i dont have any new numbers with the TR230 yet i will post them when i get em.

Dam orangepeel. Like the setup... So i see where you placed them. Was there a difference on the dyno or the strip? Also why did you go after the x instead of before? Curious so i know where to put mine?
ls1navy. Thanks for the comment. Here's how it looks with the tips clean.
