and if so what are the most reasonable High flow cat's to get?

i dont know if the cats would have anything to do with the rasp. my friends loudmouth sounded good with the stock cats and when we chopped em off its sounded really good just really loud, he never really had a rasp

any loud exhaust will usually have a rasp at high rpm when u rev it, my car has a rasp with the cutouts open, the main thing you will gain with no cats is a small bit more power, and alot louder sound

i did, cant hurt to have a little more horse under the hood, and think about adding a set of cut outs on that car with the headers youve got they will sound great and should add a little extra horse!

I would opt for no cats. I have never run them on any of my f-bodies.
