hey guys quick ?. i had a volant intake that came with the car and im making the switch to the lid and stock assembly as well as an FTRA. i got everything in the mail today. My bottom intake assembly looks like it needs to be cut to use the FTRA is this correct? or did i order the wrong intake? i need to finish this project up tonight, so anyones help ASAP would be appreciated. thanks

yes.... u gotta cut it where the bottom of the lower intake shroud covers up where the FTRA comes up to the airbox. here is a write up kind of close to what u r doing. http://installuniversity.com/install...sity/index.htm
