Default For header install?

I have some buddies that are installing my headers and they asked me if I want to change my plugs and wires. Should I change them, cause my car only has 20,000 miles.

What car is it for?

Plug wires should be good, but I would go ahead and switch to NGK TR55 plugs..they are around $16-17 from NAPA.

i'd go ahead and change the plugs anyway since its easy access, is cheap and wont hurt.
