NO.

Ebay LTs = 190
Custom Y = 200

There's a thread about the Ebay LT's where someone picked up 41rwhp with them and a custom Y pipe.

New in box. I've heard more bad than good about the ebay headers. Yea I know stainless is better. Includes OR Y also
